This morning travel by deluxe motorcoach to the nearby community of North Pole, Alaska for a
visit to the Santa Claus House giftshop. Have a chance to meet some of Santa’s Reindeer! This
afternoon enjoy a brief Fairbanks city tour and a ride in the Riverboat Discovery on the Chena
and Nenana Rivers. The riverboat stops at a recreated Athabascan Indian Village where you will
learn about the Native people’s way of life. This evening a dinner is included at a local musher’s
house. Meet the current and future athletes that participate in Alaska’s official state sport.

Enjoy a brief a visit to the 800-mile Trans-Alaska Oil Pipeline. Next you will learn more about the
area’s rich, gold-rush history as you visit Gold Dredge #8. Spend this afternoon at the resort at
Chena Hot Springs where you will have a chance to soak in the naturally heated pools. Upon
your return to Fairbanks you will have an included, all-you-can-eat dinner at the Alaska Salmon
Bake.

This morning travel by deluxe motorcoach from Fairbanks to Denali. If the weather cooperates
the best views of Mt. Denali are near Nenana. This afternoon is open for optional activities such
as whitewater rafting, flightseeing, hiking or one of the Park Service programs. This evening
enjoy an included dinner at a local restaurant (request 49th State).

This morning enjoy a brief Anchorage city tour. Later, travel by deluxe motorcoach to the quaint
community of Girdwood. This afternoon visit the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center to learn
about the iconic wildlife that lives throughout the Last Frontier. A ride on the Alyeska Tram is
included today.

From Alyeska this morning travel by deluxe motorcoach along the Turnagain Arm, where the
mountains rise out of the sea. Continue through the mountains of the Kenai Peninsula down
the coast of Cook Inlet with views of volcanoes on the other side of the Inlet to Homer.
Included this afternoon is a city orientation tour of Homer including the famous, Homer Spit.

Open day in Homer to explore this community. Book a day out on the water for Halibut or
Salmon fishing, ride one of the ferries to the remote communities of Halibut Cove or Seldovia,
or simply stay in town to enjoy the many local galleries and restaurants. A visit to the Alaska
Islands & Ocean Visitor Center is included today.
